Paid up and received confirmation that my phone had been unlocked. So the phone did get unlocked finally but it was a bit of a fiasco. Comment your email below and I will show you guys the proof. But all I see now it's a fraud, all they care about is their reputation not about our money or about their service. I don't want this to be a defamatory comment. And they keep calling a false review and ask me to delete the comment without give me a good and exact solution. I told them I need a solution for many time until then I'm not delete. But the things is all they care is ask me to remove my comment here, but didn't give me any kind of solution or what they gonna do about it. I put up comment on trust pilot and until then they start to reply me. They just keep me holding and holding for more than 10 minutes. I tried to call them numerous time and no one pick up the phone. My phone is not blocked/blacklist at all. I have received an email that thanks about my enquiry but it's only told me that read the FAQs, and a warning that they do not unblock the blacklist phone. I ask to unlock my phone and make the payment immediately. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, and once again, enjoy your permanently unlocked iPhone. We can only assume you have subsequently located your receipt as it is required in order to validated this review as a genuine customer. Be advised that you should always check your spam folders as sometimes our emails get caught by filters. As you observed, this is stated numerous times on the website and also at the point of order placement. We do not display prices inclusive of VAT as the majority of our customers are US based, and therefore VAT exempt. With respect to your comments regarding VAT, unfortunately it is European law that VAT has to be charged if you are located within the EU. We make every effort to ensure it is clear and concise. We can only apologise if you experienced difficulties navigating and understanding the sites content.

Your handset can now be used on any GSM network, anywhere in the world, is permanently unlocked, and you may update its iOS at anytime, now, or in the future, without fear of it every being relocked. We are pleased to learn that the service provided to you worked perfectly and that your iPhone was unlocked successfully. Get with the program people! You’re supposed to take care of customers, not screw them over in the fine print! In the end I had to submit and left it, I couldn’t take the anguish of dealing with people who live in a World where the customer is always wrong. Something simple with just a company letterhead and the cost including VAT, yet this was too much to ask. But hang on I only knew this was more expensive after I had paid for it? That’s worked out pretty well for them! Finally, I asked if I could have a receipt for the work done. However I was then informed that if I read the small print in that one, this could not be done retrospectively. Undeterred I contacted customer services again, as the cost with additional VAT was now more than I would have paid elsewhere and I wanted to trigger the “Price Match Promise”. When I went back to the site, I had to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (why someone would do this I don’t know) to find the BOTTOM line, where this is mentioned. You go through the order, paying the amount, only to receive a receipt email 2 minutes later saying you’ve paid £139.99! Bemused I contacted the Customer Support, who told me that it was subject to VAT. As you scroll down the page you select your service, for me Orange in the UK at £114.99. When you head to the pricelist you see a nice big reassuring logo saying “Price Match Promise”, what you may not see, or chose to look at, is the size 4 font terms and conditions, but I’ll come back to that later. To give some background, I am based in the UK and this advice really only concerns other customers based in the EU. My issue comes with the manner in which they sell the unlock service, as I feel the website has been set up in quite a sneaky way and I want to warn people of the financial perils that I fell into and the so called Customer Support I received.
